These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Villa Palm Garden Sitges, managed by Maria Johanna Catharina van de Ven.

By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the payment or deposit has been received. Full payment must be made prior to arrival, as indicated in your booking confirmation. Prices include accommodation, utilities, and final cleaning (unless stated otherwise).

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are refundable (minus any transaction fees).
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable. We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1200 may be required. The deposit will be returned within 14 days after check-out, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items are found.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: before 10:00
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• The property must be used solely for residential purposes.
• Parties, events, or commercial activities are permitted.
• Guests must comply with all local laws, noise regulations, and community rules.

6. Damage & Loss

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

7. Liability

Villa Palm Garden Sitges and its representatives are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of utilities (electricity, water, internet) or other services beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

Villa Palm Garden Sitges is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather events.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking and check-in process is used solely for administrative and legal purposes, in compliance with GDPR and applicable local data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona, Spain.

Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
