• Upon arrival, guests may be asked to present a valid photo ID along with a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit to cover any incidental charges during their stay.

Events & Gatherings

• Events and gatherings such as family celebrations, birthdays, or small weddings are welcome at the property. The maximum number of attendees allowed is 15.
• To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask that music and noise levels are lowered from midnight onwards.

Safety & Security

For your safety, the property is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. 

Payments & Regulations

In accordance with national regulations, cash transactions cannot exceed EUR 1000. For any questions or details, please contact us directly using the information provided in your booking confirmation.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is required by 10:00 to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Pets & Smoking

Pets are welcome at the property. We simply ask that you take care to prevent any damage or disturbance. Smoking is permitted, though we kindly request that guests dispose of cigarette waste responsibly and avoid smoking indoors when possible.

Before Check-out

Before departing, guests are asked to remove all trash and dispose of it in the designated bins.
